Welcome to Online Learning at 91¿´Æ¬ (91¿´Æ¬). 91¿´Æ¬ offers online courses as a part of the Georgia Virtual Technical Connection (GVTC), a network made up of the technical colleges in Georgia who work together to offer courses via the Internet. Students enrolled in a GVTC course receive the same high-quality instruction and course content that technical colleges in Georgia provide to traditional students.
Successful online students must be able to complete assignments with little or no supervision. Self-discipline is a must. Online classes are not self-paced independent study courses. They require active participation throughout the duration of the class—submitting assignments on time, taking assessments, and adhering to all guidelines of GVTC, Online Learning at 91¿´Æ¬, and the online instructor.
While Online Learning is a convenience provided to students, it is not to be undertaken without much thought and consideration. In order to be successful, it is required that students have internet access, a supported browser, an email account, and any software required for courses.
